Key responsibilities: Business Development / Operations
Aswin brings over 14 years of deep industrial expertise across tool manufacturing, mould making, and business development. He began his career in the tooling industry in 2012, spending a foundational decade at Sridevi Tools in Mumbai. During this time, he specialised in automotive injection moulds and precision tooling projects, building a strong expertise in manufacturing, assembly, and project execution.
In 2022, Aswin transitioned into business development, expanding his focus to customer engagement, strategic growth, and end-to-end project management within the tooling and plastics sector. As Co-Director of Falcon Toolcraft India, he is committed to delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective tooling solutions while building long-term partnerships rooted in quality, trust, and customer satisfaction.
Nithin Kumar
CO-FOUNDER
Key responsibilities: Operations / Business Development
Nithin brings over 16 years of comprehensive experience in tooling, product development, and manufacturing engineering across automotive and non-automotive sectors. Beginning his career in 2010 with TE Connectivity, he has spent his career mastering the complete tooling lifecycle—from initial product feasibility and tool design through manufacturing, assembly, trials, and final production support.
Throughout his career, Nithin has successfully managed and developed a wide array of complex tooling projects for leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. His extensive project portfolio includes tow hooks, grilles, door trims, console components, bumper systems, and other advanced injection moulds. At Falcon Toolcraft India, Nithin leverages his deep expertise in tool engineering, manufacturing processes, and robust project execution to build a world-class, precision-driven engineering organisation focused on innovation, quality, and global customer partnerships.

Anil brings over 22 years of extensive, hands-on experience in manufacturing and precision machining. His deep technical expertise spans advanced VMC, CNC, EDM, wire-cut, and conventional machining processes.
At Falcon Toolcraft India, Anil oversees the manufacturing floor, focusing on delivering high-quality tooling solutions through process excellence and continuous improvement. He is dedicated to ensuring that the company maintains world-class quality, structural reliability, and absolute customer satisfaction across every production run.
Gajanan Patil

Key responsibilities: Finance & Accounts
Gajanan is a versatile professional who brings a unique blend of engineering design expertise and robust business acumen to the leadership team. With 7 years of specialised experience in product design and development, his technical foundation is strongly complemented by his entrepreneurial leadership as the co-founder of Siddhant Automotive India.
At Falcon Toolcraft India, Gajanan oversees the critical functions of finance, procurement, and accounting. His focus centres on driving strategic planning, sound financial management, vendor development, and overall operational excellence to support the company's sustainable growth and long-term stability.
